Delivery Information

What is the Delivery Time of the Order?

In cases where there are no stock problems, technical problems or any problems caused by the cargo company, it will be delivered to the cargo within 24 hours at the latest. SHIPPING IS FREE for all your purchases over 699₺. For Orders Below 699₺, the Buyer pays 100₺ SHIPPING FEE in addition to the Product Price.

How to Track the Order?
When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. And the cargo tracking link will be sent to your e-mail address. You can track your cargo with this tracking number. (If you do not write your mobile phone number, you can get a cargo tracking number by contacting us.)
 

Return and Exchange Information
 
If the product you have purchased from our site does not meet your requirements, you can exchange or return it.
 

In order to exchange and return a product purchased from our site;
 

1 - Sending it to us together with the invoice,

2 - Not damaged and unused,
3 - The absence of non-refundable products,
4 - There is no statement that there is no return or exchange in the product description,
5 - To be sent with the specified Cargo or delivered by hand,

 

If the reason for the exchange or return of the product is not due to the product defect and the sales conditions are fully fulfilled, the cost of exchange and return shall be borne by the "BUYER".
 

The costs of exchange and return are covered by the "SELLER" in the returns caused by a defective product or a defect in the sales conditions.

About Payments  
 

To proceed to the checkout stage, after selecting the products you will purchase in your cart, press the Buy Now button. Enter the address you want your order and invoice to be sent to or choose one of your registered addresses. If you wish, you can change your address information in the My Information > Delivery Address field on your My Account page before your product is shipped. Complete your purchase after entering your credit card information and choosing the payment option. You can make your payment with credit cards of all banks. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you when the purchase is complete. Then, you will be informed by e-mail at the stages of the store confirming your order, delivering your order to the cargo and completing your shopping, respectively.

Select the address you want your order and invoice to be shipped to or define a new address in the system.

Make your payment by entering your credit card information and choosing one of the payment options.
